Tess Matchbox Dresser Tutorial

As a follow-up: here is the "how to" for making the legs for Tess's matchbox dresser posted on January 29, 2010. For a list of supplies used, please refer to the previous posting (1/29/10).....thanks

Here's the side view again: I decided to cover the side and back with the Melon Mambo Patterns DSP for a more finished look. The cut size for this was 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" - simply slide the DSP into the side edges of the wrapped DSP.

This is what the back should now look like:

And here are the "feet/legs":

Punch (4) 3/4" Circles. Fold each punched circle into quarters. Cut only 1/4 of the fold as shown in the solid line.

After cutting the circle, overlap one of the quarters and adhere using a mini glue dot. Finished legs should be as shown below. Adhere to the bottom of the dresser using a mini glue dot.
To make the easel on top of the dresser:
(1) 5-1/4" x 2-1/8" base, score 1-1/4', 1-1/4" as shown
Adhere the larger section to the top of the matchbox cover
the rest is easy peasy, right?
Thank you for stopping by today and your patience waiting for these instructions............HUGS.
