Teacher's Week: A Pocket Notebook

Every Teacher needs a pocket Notebook. This is an altered notebook with the primary colors. The pencil "wrote" the words: "To Do"................

This is the notebook before it was altered. The size is 4-1/2" x 3-1/4" (small). I got these when the drug stores had their Back to School sales - for 5 cents! Yup - it was a great deal!

Supplies:

  • Stamps: Tart & Tangy, Nursery Letters Jumbo Wheel, Taking Care of Business
  • CS: Real Read, Brilliant Blue, Summer Sun, Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Close to Cocoa
  • Ink: Real Red, Black
  • Accys: Scallop Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 1-1/4" Circle Punch, 3/16" Corner Punch, Word Window Punch, Stampin' Write Black, Real Red, Chocolate Chip, and Old Olive Pens, Dimensionals, Sticky Tape

So cute and so well done. I've never seen the compostiton notebooks at 5 cents! 50 cents is the cheapest I've seen. You found a "gold mine". The clips are adorable too! TFS!

The way to get these super "deals" is only at Back to school time. Walgreen's was the place where it was advertised - they ran out quickly - can you imagine every crafter out there trying to get their hands on these? I got several rainchecks and had to go back daily for a week. Their ads only run this special for a week. Try this Fall!
