August Club La-la Land Mermaid Marci Tall Card

This is Day 2 of the La-la Land Crafts monthly project kit that started in the month of August 2014 - check out the club details here.  This is the first kit La-la Land offered.  My blog will have a posting of each of the projects starting October 27, 2014.   There is an option to purchase only the stamps and dies each month.  I chose the full kit which comes with the stamps, dies, paper, embellishments and detail instructions for each project. And, of course, there is the option to be creative outside the box, too. These stamps and dies are not available for purchase for one year so being in the club makes it ever so exclusive and special.  Continuing with the theme for this month featuring Mermaid Marci. This project is a Tall card 3-1/2" x 8-1/2".  This card is part of the project's in the kit.
The card base is vanilla, a turquoise card stock mat, with some decorative paper (all included in the kit). Mermaid Marci sits on the rocks which are stamped 3 times, glued together, then popped with foam squares. I love her colors: Copic color details are part of the kit, too!!!
Surprise!!!!! Mermaid Marci is popped with a "wobble" (included in the kit)- she how she just moves?
I did add some randomly placed adhesive pearls ( on the sea horse eyes, too).  That doily - well, it is also included in the kit, too.
I also added more star fish and seaweed to the bottom of the card for some added interest.
Card inside: the other half of the doily is here.
The fish are also inside with some stamped bubbles (stamp included in the kit).
I love the seaweed at the bottom of the card inside.
Thank you for stopping by today.......stay tuned for card/project #3 from the August Monthly La-la Land Club Kit.
