OMG - A Milestone!

OMG - my blog has reached a milestone. I never dreamed this would happen. Sometime today, I reached 50,000 views. I gasped when I found out. It's almost like having a birthday! I'm not sure how it happened as I am truly amazed. It's been a little over 8 months since I ventured into the blogging world. I didn't know what to expect or what would happen. This has been a learning experience for me. My original intent was to simply share my creations with my customers and anyone who may visit. During this 8 month time, I have received e-mails from many and have made some great friends. I have a few people to thank:

  • Sonja SH: for her help in setting up my blog and always being available to help me - I couldn't have done this without her. She is at the top of my list.
  • Denise W. and Maya T: who has always been supportive
  • My favorite blog sites listed on my right side bar who continue to inspire me. There are many more whom I have not listed that I discover every day.
  • My Fellow Stampin-Up Demonstrators
  • My Stampin-Up customers and friends
  • Those who have left kind comments.
  • Most of all: to those who visit

In celebration of this event, I am offering what is called "blog candy". The items are:

  • Simply Scrappin Friends & Flowers kit
  • Antique Charm Mini Scrapbook kit
  • Love & Happiness Rub Ons
  • 6x6 Designer Series Patterns Pack
  • Making Memories Charmed Frame: Square Lace
  • Set of 3 Mini Albums in Chocolate Brown
  • Kolo Mini Red Album
  • Summer Memories Red 8x8 Scrapbook album
  • Send A Celebration Stamp Set
  • Studio G Alphabet Stamp Set

Guidelines to receive the blog candy are:

  • for US Residence only (I apologize to those international readers)
  • leave a comment on this posting letting me know what projects you would like to see me make or contact me via e-mail referencing this posting with this information.
  • I will place your name in a pool to be randomly selected for the blog candy. If you sign up as a follower, I will put your name in twice! How's that for incentive? If you are already a follower, I will automatically put your name into the pool.
  • deadline: Saturday, July 11!
  • announcement of winner: Sunday, July 12.

Thank you all again for making this happen. I am truly humbled by all of you!

I enjoyed your interview and I can't wait to see what you come up with for the featured blog during the tour. I love your 3-D projects the most and everything in RED! I cannot believe that your blog is just about 8 months only, I have been subscribing by email, and enjoy very much your creation every night, it is so abundant that always amazes me. I like your style of creation, it somewhat oriental, I am a Chinese, so it is so touched and reminds me our own country and culture. Thanks and congratulation!

Congratulations Patti! I'm rejoicing with you on this blogging milestone. I know that your links that I share with my newsletter crew of SU demo's are very, very popular! You are one creative lady that makes the blogosphere a joy to dip into daily.

I love all the Big Shot projects you've been featuring though in general your mix of cards, 3D and shared projects from others seem about right to me. So more of the same wickedly wonderful creativity please. And thank you for sharing the tutorials and template sources. That's an enormous plus feature to your blog. And generous of you to take the time.
