Day 3 LLC Retreat Mermaid Banner

Day 3 Retreat project designed by Mindy Beverly - her blog here.  All papers supplied at the retreat. Each banner size is: 4" x 6-1/2". Stamps used: Summer is Here Collection Rubber Stamp, Sassy Moili, Sitting Mermaid Baby Marci, and Mermaid Princess.  Dies used for this project: Fishing Net Die, Ship in a Bottle Die, Sea Shells Die, Nested Frames Large, Nested Frames Small, Heart Anchor Die, and Stitched Nested Circles.  Both stamps and dies can be purchased at La-la Land Crafts here.  Original design to use Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink on the Nested Frame Small but since I did not have them, Copic Pens used as an alternative.  To create the horizon, mask off across the frame with Washi Tape using the following colors:
Top "sky": BG000, BG02, BG05 - Bottom "sea": BG000, BG02, BG05, BG07
