18th Birthday Cheer Step Card

Made this card for my Grand Niece's 18th birthday.  She is a cheerleader so this card represents what she loves to do. Papers are from my stash.  Image is cut using SilhouetteCut file is from SVG cutting - Give a Cheer Jessica found here.  Finished card size is 5-1/2" x 6".  Clear Jelly Roll Pen used around each of the decorative paper mat edges.

Happy Birthday Present is Cottage Cutz Gift Tag Topper die. Clear Jelly Roll Pen  used around the die cut white card stock circle and bow. The popped zig-zag circle medallion is an image created on the Silhouette. 
"18" is Ariel Font and the Silhouette cutting machine with a shadow. Clear Wink of Stella used around the white card stock circle. This medallion is popped with foam squares.
