Holiday Decorative Mouse Ears

A very Happy Holiday to all of you.
Can you believe these ears were made using chipboard and only a glue gun to assemble? A visit to the Disneyland in Anaheim made it a must to have these customized ears. The best video out there made by Taylor is here.  Check it out to enjoy the process of making and customizing your own.  The pattern for the ears is in the link on Taylor's video.
Here's the ears: Luckily I still had some fancy red stretchy fabric for the ears and some Gold fabric for the bow.
Here's a closer look at the front: a die cut castle using silver metallic card stock scrap from my stash.  There are three layers of chipboard to ensure the castle is stable on top of the bow. Attach to the bow using a hot glue gun.
The ears are embellished with silver shaped chenille type stems. They are also glued onto the ears using a hot glue gun.
Back side of ears:
Back side of ears closer look: the tree sits in the middle surrounded by miniature wrapped presents and jingle bells........all attached using a hot glue gun.
Thank you for stopping by today to visit. Have a crafty day and a very restful holiday!
