Saimin Noodle Secret Door Technique

Here's a card I finally got to make. It was a surprise to me how much was involved.  The original card is a "Secret Door" technique shown by Dawn O. (her blog is here)   Her video on how to make this cards is here.  It seems I've made this a "Double Secret Door" since both sides of the card are a surprise with equally split 3 panels instead of the 4 in the original's the card using the Dandelion MC-23 Saimin stamp set recently released. I've also used the Dandelion MC-22 Musubi, Dandelion MC-24 Tea Time as well as Dandelion MC-25 Hi There stamps sets recently released. You can find these stamps here. Check out the Dandelion Blog, too where you can find lots of inspiration. This card is a gate fold but it got so thick, it needed a belly band.
Remove the belly band, open one side:
Open left side shows the immediate stamped message:
Flip the card over:
Now here is the tricky part: Push the fronts together as shown:
Pull open the center to reveal:
See I could have just stopped but I also did the backside of the card. Fold the back side of the card just like the front:
Open the center to reveal:
Each front panel has 6 layers (wow) which is pretty some tweaking had to be done otherwise the front panels would be 7! I trimmed the panel down to 1/2" to apply sticky tape on both sides. Like the background?  It's also a Dandelion stamp #2025 Kaki Mochi (found here) stamped all over.
Copic Colors used:
Kaki Mochi: E42, E34
Fan: R85, G24, Y19, E34
Saimin Noodles: Y19, E34, R35, YR04, R85, R43, G24, W1
Musubi: R43, R85, E30, W3, W5, W8, W1
Tea Cup & Kettle: E34, Y19, W-1, Washi paper
Paper used: Neenah White, Recollections Kraft, Recollections Black...........Note: if you are using Copic to color, each image will need to be stamped, cut, then adhered in place since there is bleeding through the paper. I was glad to be done after cutting out 22 images...........urgh!!!
