Modern Cube Punched Card

I received this wonderful card from Jan Castle (see her blog here). I absolutely love it - I am blown away by the screen she made. Of course, she even enclosed a separate punched sample as well as all the details on how to make this card (see end of post). The punch video technique can be found on Becca Feeken's blog: Amazing Grace.

See the fine antique gold branch (Memory Box die) and the punched Sakura flowers in Azalea color? I love the smallest adhesive pink gems used inside the flower - yeek - get your tweezers and reading (or magnifying) glasses on!!! And, she even punched those small shiny gold "dots" using a Euro Punch Plier.

Card inside:

Thank you Jan for such a wonderful card!!!! Don't you just love it?
Supplies Jan used:

  • Stamp outside: Sparkle & Sprinkle ref #1445-300

  • Stamp inside: The Peddler's Pack (located in Beaverton, Oregon)

  • Card Stock: base of card is Cream Neenah Classic Crest, Black, Shiny Mirror Gold, Azalea, Antique Gold

  • Ink: Versamark

  • Accys: Black embossing Powder, Memory Box Grove Branch #98311, Carl Sakura Flower Punch, Pink Adhesive Gems, Euro Punch Pliers 1.8 mm

I love the little bit I have seen already. I am interested in Japanese or Asian card making. I haven't seen a pinterest spot to copy your cute cards. I tried to find your friend who made the card for you from Grace but couldn't find it.
