Day 2 LLC Nov Retreat - Folded Gift Card Holder

Day 2 La-la Land Craft Retreat project Designed by Martha Tucker (her blog here). Base of this gift card holder is made using 1 piece of 6" x 6" designer paper. Cool folding results in this unique gift card holder for the giving.  Slip the gift card inside the pocket.  Finished size is 3-3/4" x 4-1/4". All stamps and dies can be found here.

La-la Land Carfts stamp used: Coffee Break Marci Rubber Stamp
La-la Land Crafts dies used: Coffee Cup Die, Donut Die, Bursts Die, and Stitched Nested Hearts Die 
Talk Bubble is sponged using Ground Espresso Distress Ink, then popped with foam squares.  Donut is die cut using white card stock, adhered to chipboard. Ink it using Spun Sugar Distress Ink. Use a white gel pen to make "sprinkles", then cover with Glossy Accents. Pop with foam squares.  Edges on coffee sleeve sponged using Ground Espresso Distress Ink.  Heart is popped with foam squares. Coffee is popped with foam squares.

Day 2 LLC Nov Retreat - Winter Molli Christmas Fold Card

There are a total of 8 projects on the second day.  This first Day 2 La-la Land Crafts Retreat project is called the Christmas Fold Card featuring Winter Molli.  Card is designed by Elizabeth Elton - her blog here.   All papers used had been supplied at the event. This project has separate sleeve. Card opens to extends 18". Finished card size: 6" x 6". The Loopy Border die appears on card top and on the sleeve.

Winter Molli Copic colors:

Hair: W2, W4, W6, W8

Skin: E000, E01, E02, E11, R11, R20, R21

Hat, Coat Trim, Buttons: R22, R24, R29, R59

Coat: YG61, YG63, YG67, G99

Boots: W2, W4, W6

Trim and Pop, then apply to sleeve.

Day 1 LLC Retreat - You Warm My Heart Card

This project is the last of 7 projects from Day 1 La-la Land Crafts 2017 Retreat.  All papers used for this project had been supplied at the Retreat.  Original design by Henryka Kowacz - her blog here.  La-la Land Crafts Winter Marci stamp used. La-la Land Crafts dies used: Winter Hill die, Two Trees, Snowflake Flurry Border. All dies and stamp can be found here. Finished card size: 5-1/2" x 5-1/2"

Winter Marci Copic colors:
Hair: W2, W4, W6, W8
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E02, E11
All Reds: R00, R14, R27, R59
All Greys: W0, W2, W4, White Gel Pen
Fussy cut image, pop with foam squares

Use a white gel pen aroun d her hat and shoulder shrug.

Top left side of the card shows die cut Winter Hills and Snow Flurry Border. Flat back adhesive pearls use on the border. Designer paper edges distressed and popped. Smaller mat made by tearing and distressing the torn edges using Ranger's Vintage Photo ink.

Bottom left side stamped and popped up message. Underneath stamped message are Two Trees dies overlap and popped with foam tape.

Day 1 LLC Retreat - Gift Card Holder Tag

All papers used for this project had been supplied at the Retreat.  Original design by Owner Irina Blount from the November 2017 La-la Land Craft Retreat. Winter Critters originally used for this tag - my version used Happy Critters for this project.  Dies (found here) used for this project: Stitched Tags, Stitched Nested Circles, Double Stitched Hills, Pretty Poinsettia, Joy, Stitched Slots. Finished tag size 4-1/2" x 5".

Here's what the tag looks like (without a gift card that is suppose to be in the slot).

A closer look at the poinsettia: Poinsettia is popped with foam squares, Gold flat back pearls adhered to the center.  

Panda Copic colors:
Panda: W2, W5
Panda Clothes: R02, R89, Gold Smooch (also make some swirls on top of the clothing).
Panda is fussy cut and popped with foam squares.
