Wedding Mini Album and Wedding Lei

Are you ready for the Wedding Gift?  Shown here is a  White Double Face Satin Ribbon lei for the bride. This was given to her at the Rehearsal dinner. The mini album is inside the specially made shopping bag. All punches used are from Martha Stewart. Decorative paper used are from my stash.  Grey solid card stock is from Bazzil.

The shopping bag: embellishments used are adhesive pearls, along with punched butterflies and a punched heart on the tag (Martha Stewart Punch).

NOW the album.  Original album concept is from Laura Denison from Following the Paper Trail found here.  Some adjustments had been made to the original design to make it my own. 

This label was printed and cut using my Silhouette - easy to make the various background mats .

The chipboard covered album has pleated satin ribbon along with yellow grosgrain and rolled sheer roses.

Tag removed on the left side, Right side wedding train pulls down for photos. The Yellow mats are removable.



Here's a great set of pages. Left side pocket holds an accordion fold page.  Right side is a great tuxedo vest.

Here are the pages removed and the tuxedo which holds a photo mat in the cummerbund. Note: pull the shirt collar and it comes out for another photo place.

Champagne glasses are a SVG cut file from the Silhouette on line store:  Bubbles were added to the cut file.  So easy to do using the Silhouette program: Stardust Stickles added to the glasses and bubbles - tie a heart charm using a silver cord around the rim of the glasses.

Another Brett and Brenda Wedding Card

This wedding card is 6" 6". The image is from Stampingbella called Uptown Couple Brett and Brenda Get Married found here.  It was really a snap to color with Copics since most of the coloring was for the suit. Colors for the wedding are Yellow and Grey reflected in this card.  Papers are from my stash. Card base is Grey Bazzil paper.

Here's a closer look at the couple: After coloring, Clear Wink of Stella is added to her dress and the flowers.  It adds a nice subtle shimmer.

A Martha Stewart boarder punch used for the Yellow decorative paper (retired Stampin-Up paper).  On top sits 5/8" yellow Grosgrain ribbon with a metal "always" attached using mini glue dots...........the metal message is quite old (not sure if it is made any longer but can be replicated using your Silhouette to cut the words).  Adhesive flat back pearls are added to the bottom left and top right corners.



On the top left side are some organdy rolled flowers along with a grey resin flower found in my stash.  These sit on top of tied white organdy ribbon and a tied silver cord.

Card inside: contains a small envelope (gift card holder) - die is from My Creative Time found here.  The inside reflects the same design as on the front: Martha Stewart punched edge, a strip of decorative paper, and plenty of room for the message.  A envelope liner was also made to complete this ensemble.

Floral Thank You Box Card

Box cards from SVGcuts.com - SVG Collection is called "Box Cards".  This file is named Floral Box Card.  There are many other interesting and cool variations of a box card within this collection: a Princess castle, Tea Time, Hot Air Balloon, Strawberry Basket and a series of Plain box cards for you to go crazy with your own imagination. 

Decorative paper used: back sides of the Graphic 45 Time to Flourish November Collection and Time to Flourish December Collection. Card base is Kraft from Recollections.  All other papers are scraps from my stash.  After cutting all pieces,  lightly sponged with brown ink. Adhesive enamel dot are used for the center of the flowers. Finished card size (opened) is 2-3/4" x 6-1/4" x 2-3/4". Unusual? No worries: an envelope is included in the SVG cut file.

Get Well Box Card

This get well card is A2 size. It is a Silhouette Get Well Box Card file found on the on line store.  Everything seen here is cut using the Silhouette - SO EASY!!!! The most challenging job is to select the papers...............other than that, this card was a breeze to make.  All the cut edges are lightly sponged using brown ink.

Easy to cut these letters using the Silhouette (Arial font style), then add some Glossy Accents to it.  Add some ntaural twine around the flap along with a popped up heart (also with Glossy Accents).

Here is the Owl and the blue bandage.......cute!!!! Edges are lightly sponged with brown ink.

This pill box  on each side flap is from Lawn Fawn's Get Well Soon stamp and die set. Color using Copic pens, add Glossy Accents to the heart.

Bird Song Flip Out Mini Book and Note Pad

Here's a Notepad and a fun Flip Out Mini Book  project inspired by attending the La-la Land Retreat (October 2014).  See a previous post for the original concept and deisgn by Irina here posted February 15, 2015.   The notebook is on the left and the Flip Out Mini Book is on the right side. Decorative papers used are from Graphic 45 Bird Song Collection. More details below:

Note pad: finished 4-1/4" x 6-1/4". Graphic 45 Bird Song Collection paper covered on mat board: finished 3-1/12" x 5-3/8". Shanghai Lady (part of the 12x12 paper) mounted on chipboard.  Decorative top is: 4" x 3-1/8  2-3/4" x 1-1/2 (exposed). The note pad cover is an item found in a non profit warehouse - a lucky find since the cost was extremely minimal!!!!

Inside notepad: Graphic 45 Bird Song collection paper is cut  3-3/4" x 5-7/8, The
pocket is cut 2" x 3-3/4". Tags are from the collection. Note pad is purchased from the Dollar Tree store.

 A closer look at the tags:

The Fold Out mini:
Size is 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" (without extensions). A 3" circle Happy Birthday die is from Tessler.
The Mat is 3" x 4", mounted with black chipboard strips (instead of using foam squares) that make a "channel" for the top pull out tag. The top pull out card: 2-1/2" x 3-1/2", decorative top (cut using my Silhouette) 2-1/2" x 1-7/8" exposed.

The left and right side pull out card sizes are: 2-1/2" x 3-1/2", decorative side 3-1/2" x 5/8"
Note: I added a 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" pocket (adhesive on 3 sides) for the left side pull out tag - the original design did not have this feature.

Flip over to the left to reveals the inside center section is a solid color card stock with a element cut from the Graphic 45 Bird Song papers, pocket made from papers 2" x 3", small Shanghai Lady in pocket is from the 8x8 Graphic 45 Bird Song Paper Pack
