Lamp Post Holiday Card

Irina (owner and Grand Princess Designer) of La-la Land Crafts hosted a 2 day workshop recently in Milpitas.  It is a annual event.  The workshop had 12 projects during the 2 day event. Many projects used new dies and stamps so these projects will be posted as the releases are made by La-la Land Crafts. Check out the new Christmas in July release today here on the blog. All other dies used for this card can be found here.  All papers used to make this card was supplied and cut at the 2 day workshop.

Finished card size: 7-1/2" x 6-3/4" (including Ornate Boarder (Large) Die).  Base card size is 6" x 6".  Card stock used is a combination of Cream and  Brushed Gold color - elegant and festive. Stitched Circle (3-3/4" diameter) die cut front "window" revealing snow scene made with both dies and a embossing folder.

Lamp Post is die cut using light weight chipboard, then it is die cut in Brushed Gold card stock, brushed with Viva Gold paste, then adhered to the light weight chipboard. Looks like the lamp post is really lite, eh?

Large adhesive pearls on the double layer Cream and Brushed Gold die cut Winter Flowers centers.

Winter Branches cut in both Cream and Brushed Gold card stock:

Ornate Border (Large) die is cut in both Cream and Brushed Gold card stock off set. Finishing touch is addition of adhesive pearls.

Card inside: Stitched Circle (3-3/4" diameter) is die cut and re-set into the mat.
