Beautiful Life Marci Asian Loaded Envelope

This project was inspired by the recent trend to make loaded envelopes to swap. Tutorial to make this style of expanded envelope is by Michelle Rudolph - her You Tube Channel link found here. A similar loaded envelope was made at the 2017 La-la Land Crafts Annual Retreat which has been previously posted here. Papers used for this project: Graphic 45 Bird Song Collection - Joy Luck (retired), Recollections Red, Black card stock, Kelly Papers Gold card stock, Core-dinations White Gemstone card stock. The recipient of this loaded envelope swap can utilize many of the items to create something special.

 The Year of the Dog Lottery Ticket used as a tag made the perfect finishing touch.

Celebrate You Marci Belated Birthday Box Card

Made this quick box card for a belated friend's birthday. It is using the Celebrate You Marci Stamp from La-La Land Crafts  found here.  Other fun projects using this stamp previously posted here on November 21, 2016. Designer papers used are from my Stash. Solid card stock (Purple, Lavender, Black, and White) is from Recollections.   Finished size flat: 7" x 7".

Celebrate You Marci is colored using Copic pens. Colors were original used from the project kit.

Front Flap: is using three dies shown here.

Left and right side flaps have a party hat die and a banner die

Love this cake die. To hold the cake upright, adhere a piece of clear acetate on the panel. Entire cake is die cut using a light weight chipboard, then card stock is adhered.

This Birthday Wishes Doily is die cut first in solid purple card stock, then die cut the same die using black for the contrast.  Use a nesting circle die to mat the back in order to show off the words "Birthday Wishes".
