Elegant Kimono Card

I got this great card as a gift and I just LOVE it.  It is elegant and just what I love.  The base of the card is using a Shimmer White card  stock.  Embossed sections  also Shimmery White card stock are using the Asian embossing folder and also dots embossing folder popped and matted on gold card stock. The Washi paper is the perfect colors for me. The gold behind the card is a shimmer envelope.  Finished card size is 5-1/2" x 5-1/2".
The kimono has foam underneath for the puffy effect, popped with foam squares:

Thank You Cards

Made a few Thank You cards after having a great lunch - the cards are A2 size.  A variety of metal dies used to embellish the card. The scallop insert die and "thank you" die are from Papertrey Ink.  The plate and utensils are from Die-namics called Place Setting. The heart brad in the center of the plate was a purchase made from my local favorite scrapbook store: Scrapbook Territory in Berkeley, California.  Paper: Red and White Card stock from Recollections. The dot paper is from my stash.  Silver card stock is from DCVW.

A note about the scallop die: it was a special purchase from Papertrey Ink and is no longer available. The die was part of the Shakers & Sprinkles Make It Market Kit Bundle they had offered recently. The scallop portion is popped with foam squares.
This Thank You card has the same papers used but it has an umbrella (because my gift was an umbrella) .  The umbrella is SVG cut file from Lettering Delights collection called Banner Day, then cut using DCVW Shiny Red card stock.  The clouds are a die from Taylored Expressions.  thank you is a die from Papertrey Ink.
Here's a closer look at this card. The black card stock mat as well as the Shiny Red Umbrella is popped with foam squares.
These cards are a simple layout to replicate for other occasions.  Thank you for visiting today.

Luxury Bag and Shoes

This project consist of three items: a purse, a pair of shoes and a gift card.  The purse is a SVG cut file from SVGcuts.com collection called Luxury Bags found here. The shoes are also a SVG cut file from SVGcuts.com called Love Always found here. Paper used for this project is from Recollection Embossed Alligator paper.  The Flocked Cheetah paper is from Anna Griffin. The Gold card stock is from Kelly Paper.
The purse: Love how this turned out.  The tag has a ball chain which makes it more authentic.  Finished size is 6-3/4" x 8" x 3"
I added an initial by using a 1-1/2" circle punch, along with a 1-1/4" punch to create the medallion.  The initial is cut three times, layered together using Arial font with my Silhouette. You can see the embossed alligator paper more clearly here.
The zipper pull also looks great here with a gold brad:
The purse holds 2 tins of special blends of teas Made by a San Francisco Tea Company:
Here is the gift card: easy to make from scratch using my Silhouette:
 Gift card holder inside:
Here's a better look at the shoes: a pair.  LOVE them!!!!
Of course, the medallion is on the shoes, too:
Of course, the shoes needed a box, so I made one using some Black card stock and acetate.  Wrapped using some Gold Organdy ribbon with a tag hung from a gold cord.
Computer generated shoe box information on the side:
Here the shoes fit ever so snugly in the 7-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2" box:

Get Well Card and Pill Box Treats

It seems I've been making more Get Well cards now than I can remember ever making. Made  more Pill Box treats using the SVG cut file from SVG Attic.com, their collection is called Feel Better Soon found here.  Included in this cut file are the RX Bottle Gift Boxes (really cool  pill boxes that can be filled with treats). I decided to make the pill boxes with some fun decorative paper instead of the typical copper color.  They look girly and fun.  I love how quickly the card and pill boxes were to assemble after all the cutting is done using my SilhouetteStampin-Up Petals Party Scrapbooking Paper used for the pink card and pills
The card used Lawn Fawn stamp and matching die set called Get Well Soon
Copic colors used: E30, E31, E33, C0, C3, C4, YR68, R24, R29, R32, Y02, Y08, Y17. A
strip of hearts punched out using EK Success Punch called Sweetheart Chain is underneath the stamped and popped up pill boxes.

Polaroid Camera Box Card

This Polaroid Box Card is a SVG cut file from SVGcuts.com.the collection is called Parkside Row found here. I used my Silhouette to cut it. It was a snap - really - to put together and of course, because Mary (from SVGcuts.com) always has a tutorial video on all the projects in the collection. You are probably wondering why this collection is called Parkside Row?  Well, it is because there are these fabulous vintage looking 12" tall houses in the collection which look even better when you make a few of them all lined up in a row. Some  people call them "Painted Ladies". Isn't this a unique and cute card? The shiny part is a "hologram star" paper..............cool! The blank and white dot paper is from my stash but can be easily found in any craft store.  For the other papers, these are just scraps I had - it doesn't take much to make this card at all.  Grey card stock is from Bazzil. Stamped message is from Lawn Fawn Awesome Stamp set.
Overhead view: I love how easily this card came together with all the unique embellishments.
Back view: enough room for a hand written message
Here is the card completely flat (finished measurement is 9" x 6".)  No worries the SVG cut file also has a customized envelope in their collection for this box card.
Thank you for coming by to visit today! Be sure to take a peak at SVGcuts.com's variety of unique box cards they have to offer in their store.

Frozen Explosion Box

I had made a Frozen themed project "Are you Ready to Make a Snowman" previously posted hereThis one is an explosion box style.  Finished project size if 4" x 4" x 4" - that means it uses (1) sheet of solid card stock and (1) sheet of decorative paper (for the inside). The lid was made slightly larger (+1/8") to accommodate the thickness of the inside embellishments. Simple popped up double mat on the lid is a good finishing touch.
Lid top, double mat with some blue and silver card stock - this is that inexpensive thick stuff from Michael's.  An adhesive rhinestone is in the center.
Computer generated message. Label is made using Stampin-Up Framelits Label Collection. The lined with some Star Dust Stickles

Remove the lid to reveal: a cluster of blue balloons in the center:

Remove the balloons to reveal that Silver chipboard snowflake:

Start to unfold the various layers, starting....................to reveal..................
Olaf has very small googlie eyes which were the perfect size.  These eye gave him so much character and fun! Isn't he cute?
Keep unfolding the sections:
Third section:
Here all the flaps are unveiled to reveal all the 3-1/2" tall characters.............looks great!!!! Especially cool is the Arendelle Castle which is held up with a actetate lid that has magnetic tape. The acetate really gives it a 3D effect. To hold the acetate box in place, there is also a small magnetic square in the underside of the snowflake (so it is hidden) and on the center section.
When all the characters are removed, the magnetic strip is seen here.............very ugly.  But this way, the characters can be position on any metal surface (like a refrigerator). Cool? The only elements that do not have magnetic strips are the presents.
So I finally figured out to cut the backs with black so the magnetic strip is not so "ugly" - well, forgot to do that to the blue ones......oh well.
Here you can see the acetate box created to hold the Arendelle and the trees. Magnetic strips are attached to the acetate box and in the center of the lid is that famous snowflake where all the fun skating is done in the movie. Yes, the castle also has black card stock backs.
This is the outside of the box with some randomly placed card stock glitter snowflakes:

Kimono Marci RAK

I received this card from my friend: Gene.  She is quite a busy Mom and I am a lucky recipient of this gorgeous card she made.  The finished size is 6" x 6".  Card base is black. The front cover is framed using a Gold Krylon Pen as a cool accent around the edge.   The blue mat is popped using foam squares. I love the vellum paper used for this card.  And, of course, I love the bridge which is popped using foam squares.  Both the Bridge die and the Kimono Marci image are from La-la Land Crafts found here.
Here's a closer look at  the Kimono Marci image colored using color pencils!!!! Nice job!!!! And her Gold Glitter fan is pretty nice, too. Her dress is paper pieces using Washi paper.
Look at this delicately die cut tree branch (Memory Box?) with some punched sparkly Gold Sakura flowers.
Card inside: A delicate mat with gold specks and a nice strip of Washi to finish it off so nicely.
Thank you coming by today to visit..........and thank you Gene for my lovely card.............may you be inspired to create something fun!
