Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Sassy Mermaid Molli Card

Original Carmel Workshop project used a canvas as the base. Project designed by Irina Blount. My practical side made this into a 6" X 6" card. La-la Land Crafts Dies used: Fishes, Wavy Flurry Border, Sea Bubbles Border, Fishing Net,  Sea Shells, Shabby Flourishes, Pointy Flower, and Wave Border.  Salty Ocean Distress Ink used on the waves stencil on the white mat for card outside and inside. To make the background, Wave stencil was used with the Salty Ocean ink, then a clear embossing paste is applied using the the Wave stencil - quite a cool technique and effect!
La-la Land Crafts Sassy Mermaid Molli rubber stamps used. Copic colors as follows:
Hair: Y13, RV55, RV62, RV66 RV69, V04, V06, V09, V25
Skin: E000, E00, E04, E13, E21, R11, R20, R21
Tail: YG21, B01, BG02, BG11, BG18, BG49 + White Gel Pen
Yellows: Y13, Y18, Y24, Y27 
Trim and pop with foam tape
Fishes are die cut using the iridescent adhesive paper, Googlie eyes added.The Blue metallic adhesive foil is die cut using the Sea Bubbles Border die sitting on top of the chipboard oval. The Fishing Net peeks out behind the chipboard Oval after lightly brushed with Vintage Photo ink. Tuck the Shabby Flourish behind the chipboard oval.
On the bottom right corner, die cut Sea Shells in brushed gold card stock, sitting on top of the adhesive gold glitter "sea floor". Pointy Flower is lightly inked on the edges with Vintage Photo ink and finished with a flat back adhesive pearl in the center. Stamped message is also lightly inked with Vintage Photo ink, then popped with foam tape.
On the top left corner, another die cut Sea Shell in gold card stock along with a Fishy
At the bottom left corner, another die cut Pointy Flower with a cluster of adhesive pearls sitting on top of the die cut Shabby Flourish.
Card inside: Background is suing the Wave Stencil with Salty Ocean ink.die cut smaller Oval lightly brushed with Vintage Photo ink on the edges, small parts of the Sea Bubble Border sitting behind the adhesive Gold Metallic Foil "sea Floor".
Fishing Net sits behind the Oval. Small Fishy sits on top of the oval.

Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Marci with Camera Album

Loved this style of mini album but changed out the papers that were supplied at the workshop.  Album design by Martha Tucker - her blog here. Decorative paper used from Simple Stories Say Cheese Collection. Marci with Camera (my favorite) rubber stamp used. La-la Land Crafts Dies used: Photo Elements, Smile, Double Stitched Hills, Gift Card Holder Slot, Double Stitched Circles, Pierced Scalloped Circles, Scalloped Rectangles. Finished size: 7-1/2" x 4-3/4" x 1/2". Stamp and dies can be found here.
Marci with Camera rubber stamp Copic colors used:
Hair: C02, C04, C06, C08
Face: E000, E00, E01, E02, E11, R11, R20, R21
Browns for Hat, Bag, and Shoes: E31, E35, E37, E41

Color, Trim, and pop with foam tape.
Inside the shaker window are red and black seed beads along with punched Mickey heads. Tickets are fussy cut and glued down.  Die cut "Smile" 3 times, glue together for that chipboard effect.

These are the two booklets that were inserted into the top inside cover. The Gift Card Slot Holder used to make the booklet holder.Top of the Pocket is made using the Double Hills die.

Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Cactus Card

This quick card uses the Woodrings rubber stamp, Wood Planks(Cactus) Rubber background stamp.  Funky Squares Stencil sponged using Spun Sugar ink. Fishing Net die positioned on top of the stenciled card base. Long Flags die used.  Card is A2 size: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".
Woodrings are stamped with Versamark ink, then heat embossed with gold powder, pop with foam squares. Cactus is stamped and colored using Copic pens. Colors: YG03, YG17, YG17, YG21, YG25, G99. Trim each image, pop with foam squares.

Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Vacation Luka Diagonal Fold Pop Up Card

This is the 3rd project from the Carmel Workshop. It is designed by Martha Tucker. Her blog here. Stamps used from La-la Land Crafts: Vacation Luka, Seas the Day. Dies used: Scalloped Rectangles die, Long Flags die, Fishing Net die.  Wave Stencil used with Salty Ocean Distressed ink.  Stamps and dies can be found here. Decorative papers are from my stash.  Because I forgotten to do some die cutting, colored brads were used on the project.  Finished project size: 5-1/2" x 5-1/2".

Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Halloween Critters Lantern

Day 2 Carmel Workshop project number 2 is a tea light lantern using the Halloween Critters La-la Land Crafts Rubber Stamps.  Project design by Matha Tucker - her blog here La-la Land Crafts dies used: Double Stitched Nested Circles, Stitched Nested Circles, Icicles Border Die, Cobweb, Ghosts, Spider Web and Spider. Day 2 LLC Carmel Workshop - Asian Happy Critter Window Card

Day 2 project was a Window Corner Card  from the Day 2 Carmel Workshop which inspired a Asian Window card.   Papers used are from my stash (My Little Shoebox retired papers).  Bazzil Brown and Pink card stock used. A sheer pink ribbon is double bowed across the card bottom. La-la Land Crafts dies ( found here ) used: Koi Circle die, Cherry Blossom Border, Fan, Temple, and Lanterns. Finished card size: 6" x 6-1/2".

For this image,stamp and partially color. Then stamp a separate bear to pop on top for a more dimensional effect. 
Pagoda die is popped with foam tape in the bottom right corner:

Cherry Blossom Border is on each side of the card peeking out:
Card inside: This is the "negative" of the Koi Circle used in the front of the card.  Stamped message in the center.

Day 1 LLC Carmel Workshop - Mermaid Molli Seas the Day Album

This is the last project from the Day 1 Carmel Workshop. Of course, this fabulous project was designed by Irina Blount. Original design uses newly released stencils. I chose to use similar papers I already had in my stash. The papers are from Simple Stories Say Cheese I: Diagonal Stripe and Chevron. Finished album size: 6-3/4" x 5-3/4" x 1-5/8". Stamp and die details listed at the end of this post.

Hair: C4, C6, C8, B01, BG02 and White Gel Pen
Face: E000, E01, E02, E11, R11, R20, R21
Sea Shells: Y14, Y18, YR24, YR27
Fish Tail:  Y14, Y18, YR24, YR27, B01, B02, B12, B18, B24 and White Gel Pen on Tail
On the top right side: the Pointy Flowers are curled upwards, sponged with Vintage Photo ink, then a flat back adhesive Pearl is added as the finishing touch. There are Pointed Flowers at the bottom right corner and in between the Mermaid tail. 
Here is the bottom right Pointed Flower.  Inserted under the bottom of popped My Anchor Background stamped Scalloped Rectangles is the Deco Border (border is also on the top, too)
Fishes rubber stamp used Mermaid Lagoon Ink. The background was made using a combination of Chipped Sapphire and Tumbled Glass blended together with a splatter of water for the finish.
The spine is embellished with the Rope die, Knot die, and Anchor Background rubber stamp on the Long Flag die.
Album back: Designer Paper used along with the Double Stitched Circles, Heart Anchor, and Nested Frames dies. Use the Anchor Background rubber stamp with Versamark ink and clear embossing powder to heat the image.
Open the front cover to reveal on the left inside cover: Wave Stencil used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. Pocket made using the Sea Shell die and Scalloped Rectangles. The inserted tag topper is using Clipboard die.  On the right side (first page) is a Anchor Background rubber stamp, clear  embossing powder, heat embossed using Versamark ink on the die cut Double Stitched Circles and Long Flags die.
Flip the page to reveal a larger horizontal pocket with Rope die and Double Stitched Circle stamped with Anchor Background rubber stamp. Right side is a smaller page that flips to the right. Edge of smaller page is embellished with Rope die.

on the backside: left side Page is a flap with the Rope  die embellishing the edge. Right side pages Small and Large Fish stamp used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. The flap folds downward.

Here is another page: Left side is a flap opening downwards, embellished with Rope die on the edge. Right side is using the Nested Frames (folded in half) act as a flap after stamping it with Anchor Background Stampin-Up So Saffron ink.  Finish the flap with a Sea Horse embellishment. Added is a thin magnet to hold the flap down.

Added some Stitched Tags to both the left and right sides.  Double Stitched Hills die is used to create pocket top. Anchor Background rubber stamp (using Stampin-Up So Saffron ink) on inside pocket and right panel.  Right side is Double Stitched Circle with Anchor die on top of Long Flaps are positioned on tip of the panel.

The Rope die, Seas Horses die, and Stamped Anchor Background using Stampin-Up So Saffron Ink on the Long Flags die.
