Flanked on each side of the camera are Polaroid Slides. Add a little film strip Washi tape across the front. Film Strip Washi tape is from Recollections.
Flanked on each side are "Potty People": SVG cut file is from Birds Cards - it is a FREE cut file which has been sized down to 2-1/4" high - look for the file here. 3 layers of each "Potty" person is cut and glued together for that chipboard feel. The Glossy Accent heart is created from the SCAL library.
Here's a top view of the camera box. The knobs are cut from the SVGcuts.com Instant Memories Collection found here................so perfect for this project, too
Here's the back of the camera box. Some tickets peeing out of the side of the back photo mat. A photo can be slipped in between the acetate and the Gold card stock. Remove the front lens (which is a 3-3/4" black tin canister) to reveal some black card stock mats. I cut them 3-1/2" using my Silhouette . The black tin canister was purchased from my local Target Store long ago in the clearance section. Single serve small ice cream containers would also work (but I don't eat ice cream so it would not work for me). The smaller View Master (2-5/8" diameter) and the larger View Master (4-5/8" diameter) are Silhouette cut files purchased from t he Silhouette Store.
There's more, remove the lid to reveal a 4" x 6" mini book............does this book look familiar? It is the same book that was featured on my blog in the 3D Camera posted on Monday, March 3 found here.

How to make this project:
You will need 2 pieces of the Recollections chipboard (purchased from Michael's Craft Store) that will be painted black and one 3-3/4" container with a removable lid. This container happens to be black tin.
From the Silhouette Store, you will need a Vanilla card stock View Master cut 4-5/8" diameter with a black card stock circle and another Vanilla View Master cut 2-5/8" diameter with a black card stock circle (not shown in photo below). Also cut a 1/4" circle for the removable lid - the diameter will depend on your container size. Create a Polaroid Slide and Kraft Mat using the Silhouette to cut them. For each slide, I cut 2 pieces, gluing one on top of the other for a little dimension. Not shown are cut mats and acetate for the camera back.
For the top and bottom box: Black mat board is used. The trick? Use Black masking tape to secure the pieces. I got the black masking tape from my local art store. No - I don't think Home Depot would have masking tape in Black.
This is what the box should look like once it is assembled. Painted camera chipboard pieces are glued to these boxes.
This project is well worth the effort - give it a try with any other chipboard shapes.
