The star hanging off the edge of the frame is attached using Glossy Accents. Love those metallic letters!!!!
See the wishbone and the ice skate charm? The words "wonderful" is part of a whole sheet of words.
Next up: a company called Lawn Fawn. Their make and takes are using their new stamp set: their blog here and the demonstrator was so much fun: her name is Nancy K. and her blog is here. Each day, we were able to make these three items and each day it was fun to visit with Nancy K.: a tag, a card, and a smaller card shown here.
Here's one of the cards: the paper is also from Lawn fawn . Yes, they have their own paper now, too. Isn't it cute and happy? Well, guess what: their small stamps have co-ordinating dies. Yup. The candy cane, gingerbread man, and stocking are stamped, then cut out using their dies. I just love the use of the scattered sequins....................yup, sequins....got some? Well, Lawn Fawn has that, too. Their sequins co-ordinates with their paper. The individual tag is 2" x 5-1/2" - clever to put two tags together for this look. The background stamp is wood grain, stamp some arrows and scatter some hearts on top of the background. Then add the deer and the message. Love the die cut Fall leaf at the top and also the co-ordinating twine. We used some sequins embellishment here, too on the deer. The 2nd tag is paper is from the Lawn Fawn line.
The third card is a 4" x 3" card that uses water color pencils (on the birds). Ya gotta just love those scattered sequins for embellishing here, too. The paper is also from Lawn Fawn as well as the twine used.
Now this is the Graphic 45 make and take tags using their new collection Bohemian Bazaar and 12 Days of Christmas. Worth the wait in line!!! Because making friend while in line is so much fun and makes the waiting so much more pleasant! Left tag is the 12 Days of Christmas paper collection and the right tag is the Bohemian Bazaar paper collection released this year. Each tag base is from Graphic 45 made from Kraft paper. with a re-enforced eyelet.
12 Days of Christmas tag has a metal keyhole that slides to open the fold down flap. The flap shows a contrast of paper and also another tag (which is part of the punch out sheets Graphic 45 offers). Bohemian Bazaar tag is made of pocket concept. The small pocket is on the outside pocket, pull out the small note (part of the punch out pieces in the collection). The larger tag is inserted inside the pocket. Don't you just love this colorful collection?
Finally, this company called Little B - LOVE their Washi tapes and also their little note pads..............nothing like I have ever seen at all. Their make and takes were using little Kraft notebooks as shown here decorated with their products.
This is the matchbox notebook. Postmark Washi tape is used on the top, a travel-like sticker on the front, and New York City skyline Washi tape for the bottom.................size is 4-1/2" x 3-3/4" x 1/4".
Open the flap to reveal inside contents: a roll of Washi tape is tucked inside flap along with a place for business cards. This one is from Little B. The right side has the New York skyline sticky notes and also narrow sticky page notes. Isn't this a great little gift to quickly make for someone?
This notebook opens like a book. It is also decorated with Washi tape on the spine and also on the corners. the front air mail embellishment is a sticky note. Size is 3-1/2" x 5" x 3/8".
Open the flap to reveal: see how the corners were made on the inside flap? And, a inside flap to put business cards. This one is from Little B. On the right side is a place for a small roll of Washi tape, page sticky notes and decorative sticky notes that resemble scholastic paper.OMG - and I just love that flap that uses tape measure Washi tape. This flap secures the book closed. the loop in the back also has Washi tape, too. We used a black marker to have the flap resemble a pencil tip.
All theses Make and Takes were so fun to do while at CHA this year.............it was fun!
Glad you had a good time!!!
