Purchased this kit about two years ago from a Expo event and finally decided to tackle it. The kit is from Scissors and the City and can be found here. Finished size for this suitcase is 8-1/4" x 5-3/4" x 2". Kit has easy to follow detailed photo instructions. Hardware included in the kit. Chipboard stickers, a cut apart 12x12 sheet, along with brad embellishments are included in the kit. Paper used is Echo Park collection called Get Away. I chose the suitcase to be covered using Recollections Regent Street Paper Pad (not included). Here's the front of the suitcase.
Luggage handle made from 1" wide stitched grosgrain secured with brads.
Metal corners secured with brads:
5/8" wide stitched grosgrain has a functional buckle with eyelet (not supplied in kit).
Open the "lid" to reveal the left inside with a belly band to hold additional booklets for photos. Card stock used is Kraft, inside is matted using white card stock.
There are four booklets in the inside left lid: Each are made using scraps from the 6x6 pack of paper, chipboard stickers and cut apart 12x12 included int he kit.
Three booklets in the inside back box: use scraps from the 6x6, 12x12, and chipboard elements to make these additional photo booklets.
There are five chipboard pages in this binder ring album. This is page one. Chipboard elements are: ready, set, go, date, and adventure words.
Page two and three: A world strip and Travel word made from chipboard - plenty of room for photos.
Pages four and five: simple chipboard embellishments Explore, arrow and away we go sentiment. On page five there is a chipboard mat at the bottom right corner.
Pages six and seven: booklets made using cut aparts from the 12x12 sheets:
Here are the photo mats from the booklets:
Pages eight and nine: Another booklet and chipboard embellishments "bon voyage" and stacked luggage.
Page 10, last page: A popped up chipboard camera and world signage. Two photo booklets are insert3ed behind the camera.
Back booklets are matted with Kraft and white card stock.
