2014 Holiday Candy Cane Cherrie Thank You Card

The last A2 Holiday Thank You card made was using the CC Designs Candy Cane Cherrie stamp found here.  Red card stock is the base  along with a Light Grey card stock mat. That Holly Berry Glitter paper is from my local Tuesday Morning store a couple years ago. The Thank You sentiment is a die from Elizabeth Crafts found here. A simple red and white gingham ribbon tied on the left side finishes off this card.

Here's the surprise to this card: Cherrie's head is stamped, Copic Pens used to color her, cut and popped with foam squares. This gives her added dimension.

In addition, her hands and candy cane is also stamped, Copic pen colored, cut and popped with foam squares. The additional layering is nice. Only partial coloring is necessary for the bottom layer.

Card inside, leftover glitter paper is used on the inside bottom.  Still plenty of room for a message.
