Grand Piano Treat Box

I always love using cut files from SVGcuts.com because they are so unique and their cut pieces fit together ever so perfectly!!!! This one is from their Thank You for the Music SVG Kit. Luckily I had some sheets of shiny black card stock (to resemble a real piano) and some co-ordinating patterned paper (Recollections). The card is also using the same papers as well. This is a birthday present going to a relative who was a piano teacher. The piano is 6" x 6-1/2" x 3-1/2".
The piano top: Gold music notes are from the Recollections Metallic Pack.
Lift up the piano flap to reveal (inside?) with some additional gold music notes.
On the piano sits a sheet music holder which is now a birthday message printed from the computer using free Chow Fun font.
The best part of this piano is that it is a box that will hold some fun treats.........I decided to get some Coffee Rio candies to put inside.
The collection did not include a piano bench - I decided this projected needed one so I used the legs from the piano to make the bench except they were made a little shorter. This bench slides right under the piano when not in use. bench size is 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1-5/8".
Here is the card: A2 size using the die cut corners from Cuttlebug. Metallic Gold paper is from Recollections Metallic Pack. Base of the card is using the Shiny Black (same as the piano)
Card inside is mat is Recollection Gold and recollections decorative paper.  The greeting is computer printed using the Free Chow Fun font. Actual greeting was found on line........so easy to select the appropriate one.
This was really a quick project to make ...............hope it will inspire you make your own piano treat holder, too
