A Cherry Blossom Birthday Greeting

Are you ready for this? Another great card from Jan C.  (her blog is here) I always love getting her cards because they are thrilling.  This card base is Cream and the pink and dark green green card mats are shimmer paper which does not show in this photo. The cherry blossom branch stamp is from Serendipity #444G on a cream card stock.  Jan used Versamark ink, sprinkled age Embossing Enamel from Stampeddous, and hit it with a heat gun. The result sis beautiful iridescence with gold chunks in various areas.

Flowers are using Copic markers to color.  Dots of Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive Glue on a few flower petals are randomly positioned. Then, using tweezers, 'Color Fragments - Rose' by Archivers and placed on top of the dots. The process was repeated until all flowers are covered.  Lightly edged this top layer with  'Bamboo Leaves' dye ink by Memento .
See the iridescent embossing powder with chunks of gold and those fragments:
To get this seal to look like this, Jan used  'Delicata Golden Glitz Pigment Ink'. The stamp is  from 'A Stamp In The Hand ''H-1895 Chop #2' . This is very shiny in person.
This was such a nice surprise to receive - beautifully executed..................thank you so much Jan!!!!

  1. Wow...another STUNNING creation from Jan! I'll bet this is even more amazing in person...love the layered petal effect she achieved with the color fragments and bits of embossing powder shimmer... truly a work of art!
