Hula Marci n Ukulele Luka Tiki House

Irina (owner and Grand Princess Designer) of La-la Land Crafts hosted a annual 2 day workshop recently in Milpitas.  This is one of the 12 projects.  Dies used for this project are from La-la Land Crafts and can be found here.  Corrugated paper used for the roof was in my stash. House paper is from my stash.  Paper Pizazz Pool Water paper used along with Recollections Kraft (for sand).  All other solid papers used are from Recollections. Edges of papers are inked with Ranger's Vintage Photo ink.
Project finished size: 6" x 7-1/2"
Door: 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" finished with a dark drown card stock mat in back of the corrugated card stock (used also on the roof). Larger size Antique Brass brad used for the door knob.
Roof: 4-3/8" x 6-1/2", scored in half (3-1/4")
Acetate used to pop-up stamped figures -see end of blog post for measurements.

House back: here there are windows in the back and sides made using my Silhouette to customize the 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" size. The punched grass is around the bottom of the house.
Drawer does pull out: die cut the  Heart Handles using the water paper, too.  Add antique brass brads for the finishing touch. Die cut Palm Tree is on the front and back of the house.
House side view: Clearing seen is the sand - made using Recollections Kraft card stock around the house and on the drawers. Die cut using the Jaded Blossom Tropical die, then stamped with Ranger Vintage Photo ink using Stampin-Up's Itty Bitty Background stamp.
A top the door are assorted color punched flowers with adhesive pearls (using Copic Y38 to color white adhesive pearls) and a stamped and foam popped "Mahalo" (part of the Hula Marci stamp set) sign to welcome all. Ink the edges of the sign with some Ranger Vintage Photo.
