Trio of Asian Notes

Here are a Trio of Asian Notes for the giving - I purposely left out the message for flexibility of the occasion. Tonal paper colors were used throughout. Each layer has pop-up to provide a little more interest. The light background colors are clear embossed using a Bamboo Stamp. Finished card size: 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".

Card #1: Retired SU paper colors used (hah! I should say: "used up"). A combination of Purely Pomegranate and Groovy Guava. Jacket and Shoes stamped on Very Vanilla (not retired).

Here's a close-up:

Card #2: Again, retiring color combination of Pacific Point and Soft Sky (remember that color?) used along with Very Vanilla (not retired).

And, here is card #3: Only Artichoke (not retired) and Kiwi Kiss (retired) color combination used with Very Vanilla (not retired).

Copic Markers were NOT used for this card (well.....actually, I have limited colors) but as a great alternative, Stampin' Write Marker Pens worked fine, too. Colors used: More Mustard, Summer Sun, Mellow Moss, Old Olive.

This is what was originally used: stamp set and background stamp:

Supplies:

  • Stamps: Kodomo Chinese Fashion, Bamboo Background (unknown)
  • CS: Purely Pomegranate (retired), Groove Guava (retired), Very Vanilla, Kiwi Kiss (retired), Always Artichoke, Pacific Point (retired), Soft Sky (retired)
  • Ink: Momento Black Tuxedo, Versamark
  • Accys: SU Ticket Corner Punch, SU Clear Embossing Powder, Pop-Ups (non SU)

This Trio Set of cards are simple to make and perfect for a gift to.............I am planning to make a co-ordinating box of 2 design of each card to complete the gift. Enjoy the rest of the day........thank you for dropping by. XOXO
