Below is the un-assembled Teapot Matchbox. To make the lid:
-punch (2) large ovals + (1) 1/4" circle.
-The width of the box is a maximum of 3/4" so each large oval needs to be scored 3/8" (lengthwise)
-Apply adhesive to large ovals, sandwiching 1/4" circle in between at the "top".
-Position completed lid on top of "tea pot".
Below is how the "handle" and "spout" are positioned. The "spout" is hand drawn. The handles are made by using two oval punches: Small and large oval punch.
Here is a close-up of how the lid is to be positioned.
Supplies used:
- Stamps: Matchbox Messages
- CS: Tangerine Tango, Whisper White
- Ink: Versamark
- Accys: Matchbox Bigz XL Die, 1-1/4" Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 1/4" Circle Punch or Crop-o-dile, White Embossing Powder, Embossing Buddy, Small Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Round Tab Punch, Dimensionals, Sticky Tape.
